Noticed the TRD badges on this Corolla as I was walking past and did something of a double take. I wasn’t aware that a TRD Corolla was a thing that existed and after some googling, I’m still not sure it’s a real thing.

Of course it has Ohio plates. Sigh...
Looks like a body kit and badges. (What badges? We no need no sting-king badges.)

Seems like a Corolla S with TRD badges:
Although they do sell a TRD Corolla in certain markets.
Rice lyfe yo!

For shits and giggles I once made a custom badge for the car I drive in college that read ‘Vanagon GTI’, which is something that is about as sporty as a TRD Corolla.

They forgot the ‘u’ in there.
Seriously, that generation Corolla was utter shit. The new one is a damn Lexus compared to it.

It’s like an M3 325i. Rare

Maybe it’s a S with a TRD supercharger?

TRD editions are brown. This one is clearly a fake.
In actuality, I believe the only actual TRD Editions have been the BOF trucks and SUVs, so Tundra, Tacoma, and 4Runner (and probably the FJ). There’s TRD accessories for the Camry and might be for other models.

It makes me sad because what if Toyota did make a WRX competitor?
Hell, I’d be happy at this point for the new 201hp Camry engine in the Corolla as the new XRS.
